JUDY MERCER General/Office Manager
Judy has worked for Highland Ridge Water since 1994. As General Manager she assists the Board in managing on going construction projects, reads meters, customer complaints and assists in the water system when needed. As office manager she does accounts payable, accounts receivable, prepares information for Board meetings and other duties as needed. Judy also reads meters and is involved with leak detection.
JEFFREY LAUER- Water Distribution Manager. Jeff has worked for Highland Ridge Water since 2020. Jeff is responsible for field projects such as tap installs, reading meters, customer complaints, line locates and installing water lines.
